MEET ALBERT TASIYA
Working in performance management for over a decade, our Founder, Albert Tasiya, became increasingly fascinated by what separated ‘high performers’ from everyone else?
In seeking out the answer to this question, he came to a few realisations:
It is difficult to sustain: In the organisational context most people typically slip in and out of being classed as “high performers from year to year.
It can come at a steep cost: Those who can sustain high performance often find that it comes at a high price often measured in terms of quality of health and or relationships.
They are made not born: With the right guidance and support most people can deliver sustainable high performance.
These realisations confirmed something he'd always believed - Performance management shouldn’t be about squeezing the most out of individual high-performers, it should be about building environments that create them.
This was the push needed for Albert to build Optimyz Me.
